Shipping Policy

1. Scope of shipment

CELIAN Joyas ships within:

• Spain 
  
• European Countries

For shipments to other international destinations, the customer can contact us before placing their order.

2. Order Preparation

All orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery time

The estimated delivery times (after being shipped) are as follows:

Spain (Peninsula)* and Portugal (Continental)* - Express

1 – 3 business days

Balearic Islands - Economy

2 – 3 business days ~ Mallorca

2 – 4 business days ~ Minor Islands and Interisland

Canary Islands - Air Express **

1 – 3 business days ~ Tenerife / Las Palmas

2 – 4 business days ~ Minor Islands

Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Andorra, Portugal Islands - Air Express **

2 – 4 business days

Europe - Land Economy **

These timelines are approximate and may be affected by external circumstances such as logistical delays or periods of high demand. CELIAN JOYAS is not responsible for any delays caused by the transportation company or by circumstances beyond our control.

* Not included: BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA, GIBRALTAR, ANDORRA, PORTUGAL ISLANDS (AZORES AND MADEIRA).

Note: Transit times may be increased due to Customs Management Procedures.

4. Shipping costs

The shipping costs automatically calculated during the purchasing process correspond to the estimated minimum amount for the shipping area. The final and updated shipping cost will be confirmed and communicated to the customer by CELIAN JOYAS after the order is completed.

The final price may vary depending on the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, applying the greater of the two according to the conditions of the shipping company.

**Shipping costs do not include any potential customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country. These costs, if they exist, will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Transportation company

Shipments are made through CTT Express or other equivalent transport companies, depending on the destination of the order and logistical availability.

CELIAN JOYAS reserves the right to select the most suitable transportation company to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

6. Shipping address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged orders or incidents

If the order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Our team will review the case and provide a solution as soon as possible.

8. Customs and taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, according to the regulations of the destination country.

These costs are not included in the product price or in the shipping fees.
